Maintaining Brain Health as You Age, and

How Cognitive Interaction Can Help Individuals Suffering from Alzheimer’s and Other Forms of Dementia

This one hour presentation will combine a general introduction to the aging brain, brain plasticity and cognitive reserve followed by an overview of scientific research and examples of how cognitive interaction is used around the world with dementia suffers, followed by a description of the Fit Minds approach to cognitive interaction.
