It’s really important to be professional and aim for excellence in your chosen field or occupation. But each profession has its Achilles heel…where professionalism become ‘professionalitis’. We’ve all experienced it – where the treatment we receive makes us feel somehow diminished.

In this interview with Donna Thomson we talk about the difficulties she faced with some professional caregivers in trying to get appropriate care for her son Nicholas. She gives some great advice on how to handle these challenging moments.
