I just finished taping a great interview with Gary Gzick, one of our special guests for the Loving Mom Virtual Workshop beginning soon. We had a great chat and he shared some really good tips and ideas for taking care of yourself and ensuring you are a ‘whole’ person. I really hope you join us for the workshop to hear the whole interview but one thought I wanted to share with you is the whole idea of having a quiet time for yourself.

Taking the time to be quiet and reflect can help to awaken our dreams and our passions. Caregiving is a demanding occupation – both physically and emotionally – and it is easily to lose yourself in the process. That’s why it is important to find time to rejuvenate both our body and our spirit. Watch our most recently released video on this topic Caring for the Caregiver – You! at www.fitminds4mom.com
