This cognitive stimulation therapy program is turn-key,
subscription based, and designed for seniors living in Assisted
Living and Memory Care Communities.
The subscription includes:
• four new lesson plans with cognitive exercises every week
• a full kit of manipulatives
Our group programs provide essential face time – a key
element for reducing anxiety and depression.

who are certified Fit Minds
Facilitators.
