Fit Minds is the premier cognitive stimulation therapy program
for seniors. Our three unique offerings effectively support a
range of cognitive abilities; from independent seniors to those
challenged with mild, moderate, and advanced dementia.
Fit Minds’ CST programming is delivered either in a group setting
or privately on an individual basis.
In both cases, a certified Fit Minds professional delivers our
programs, providing vital human to human contact.
